New runners join straight from it. Nobody waits for approval.
Step 3: Runners tap I'm in
Before each run, anyone who hasn't answered gets a nudge.
Step 4: Change one date
Move or cancel a run, and only the people coming hear.

A count you can trust at 6am

It only counts the people who answered, and only the people coming hear about a change.

Nobody is counted until they tap I'm in.
A new time or place tells the runners coming.
A note like “hill repeats” bothers nobody.
Skip a week and next week's reminder still comes.
